Return Policy – Inversion Thrift

At Inversion Thrift, we value your trust and want you to feel confident shopping with us. We understand that returns may be necessary from time to time, and we handle them on a client-by-client basis to ensure fairness and satisfaction.

If you would like to request a return, please email us at inversion.thrift@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for return.

General Return Guidelines

• All returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent.

• Returns should be shipped to: 29, Bebunaq Street, Sannat Gozo, SNT1422.
  

• Sale items and purchases made with store vouchers are final sale and cannot be returned.
  

Refunds & Vouchers
Depending on the situation, once we receive and inspect your returned item, you may be eligible for either:

• A refund to your original payment method, or

• A store voucher for future purchases.

We reserve the right to assess each return individually to provide the fairest resolution possible.
